The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked.

Parking was a hassle, often leading to frustration. Plus, the breakfast options were unimpressive and lacked variety, which left much to be desired.

Magnificent location in the middle of jackson.

we got a room with walk-in showers. it had a marvellous location near downtown, many restaurants and temple. the staff was all amazingly nice.

Clean King Studio Suite had a complete kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. Bathroom stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Room was spacious and comfy. Had a tv and desk. The fitness center was modern, and the outdoor pool area was nice for a dip. Breakfast included make-your-own waffles and fresh fruits.

Reasonably clean venue with convenient location in the middle of jackson. Location just next door to the bars downtown. A lot of food options within easy walking distance of the venue...

The room was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen. The amenities were great, and we loved the variety at breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable room was very good with thoughtful amenities tailored for families. The breakfast featured a rich selection, especially the fresh fruit and yogurt-perfect starts to our busy days! I appreciated the staff's effort in providing our children with extra pillows and blankets for a better night's sleep.

The pool area could use better maintenance.

Loved the chill atmosphere of the hotel! The snacks were delish, especially the salads from local spots like Fajita Kings. Plus, the staff was super cool.

But yikes, the breakfast was tough to stomach-no one wants cold eggs! And the lack of window curtains? Was like I was camping next to a sitcom instead of relaxing in my room.

My room was veryvery comfy and tidy, and it was a king studio suite. The front desk staff were super nice and made check-in easy. Plus, it's close to many restaurants.

A clean and spacious room, complemented by a well-organized complete kitchen and comfortable bedding. The location was convenient, but the breakfast choices were moderate, with items running out quickly. While the staff was pleasant, a few more options during breakfast would be appreciated.

Spacious rooms with kitchenettes suited family needs well, providing flexibility for meals. The outdoor grill area offered a nice touch for casual gatherings.

Had multiple issues , the bathroom door was broken, compromising privacy, and the ice machine was out of service. I found the body wash dispenser in the shower non-functional, and it seemed like the maintenance team was sidelined on more urgent matters, which left some minor repairs unaddressed. The shower pressure felt a bit low, and I wasn't impressed with the odd appearance of the breakfast eggs-hard-cooked centers that were far from fluffy. Additional conveniences like fresh towels were somewhat inconsistent as the maid service skipped my room on one occasion.

I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, especially the freshly baked croissants! The location was great, but the bed was a bit too hard for our comfort.

our stay at the nearby hospital was made extra special by the welcoming staff and abundant amenities in the clean, spacious room. from the helpful customer service to the convenient location with plenty of dining options, our family felt truly cared for at home2 suites by hilton.

disappointing breakfast options

The staff here is super helpful and really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Plus, the location couldn't be better - it's just a short walk to all the cool bars and restaurants 🍸🍔. You won't find a better spot than this!
